Squid braised with potatoes
This was prompted by two things: avoiding meat for January, and the fishmonger having some megoh looking squid. The fishmonger is Moxon’s in East Dulwich by the way. Middle class central but you can’t deny that’s damn good fish. This was inspired by a High Fearnley-Whittingstall recipe in The River Cottage Cookbook.
